How will I know the vignette will fit into the space I intend to place it?
Simply take a tape measure and measure the width x depth x height of your space and reference all the dimensions given in the description to ensure the selected vignette is a right fit for your space.

What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal.
"PayPal is an online payment system that allows you to send and receive money around the world. You can link your credit cards, debit card, and/or bank account.
PayPal works to protect your financial data, payments, and eligible purchases. Your transactions are encrypted to ensure your full financial information remains private. We don't share your full financial details."
How long until I receive the items I ordered?
Once the order is placed, we will pack up the boxes and ship them to your address. Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days / ground shipping.
During the holiday season there can be delays in shipping which can result your order arriving later than the usual 5-8 business days.
What should I expect in my order?
We will package the furniture, art, and accessories in separate boxes in efforts to minimize damage done through the shipping process.
If an item arrives damaged, will I be able to receive a replacement?
Yes, of course. If any items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we can get a replacement sent out. We allot a three-day period to report any damages just so that we can get on it as soon as possible!

What constitutes a "damaged item"?
Because the majority of our products are made from natural fibers and have a certain distressed and natural look to them, most of the “damages” that people suspect are just inherent natural flaws in the item that are intentional.
Damages include: Chipped, cracked, shattered, severely bent, or unwoven.
Contact us and we will be happy to help you identify if an item you received is damaged or if it's just one of a kind.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless damaged, due to the careful and intricate packing and shipping process. We encourage you to take your time with choosing the perfect vignette for your space.
How many of each vignette are available for purchase?
As of right now, each vignette is one-of-a-kind. As The Little Design Shop grows, the quantity available of each vignette may increase. Our intention is to keep the little, personal, and special qualities of our shop, therefore we will not be mass producing each vignette.
How frequently will new collections be released?
New collections will be released sporadically, follow us on social media to receive updates on new collections!
Can vignettes be purchased as a gift?
Yes! We can put a special note in the shipment to help the recipient with placement.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
